| HVAC Applications Engineer (Dubai) Posted: For our Middle East operations, we require an Applications Engineer to be based in Dubai. The Requirements are - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited four-year engineering program - 2 years experience in the review of customer specifications, design and selection of electromechanical systems preferably in packaged rotating equipment, power generation, commercial / industrial cooling / heating - Experienced in the analysis of compliance with ASME, IEC, NEC, NFPA and other relevant codes The Applications Engineer position will be responsible for the sizing and selection of mechanical equipment such as chillers, cooling towers, pumps, motors, heat exchangers, control systems, basic instrumentation, etc., reviewing customer specifications, making technical recommendations for proposals, compiling and documenting project specification comments & exceptions. The position will report to the Proposals Manager and will interface with Salesmen, Electrical & Controls Engineers, and Project Managers to help develop formalized proposals and execute projects. | Internal Audit Manager (Dubai) Posted: We are seeking a full-time employee for the following position: Internal Audit Manager (Retail Operations) The ideal candidate should be a qualified CA / CPA / ACCA / CIA possessing a minimum of 8 years of audit experience with 2 years in a managerial (AM / Manager) capacity. He / she should have very good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Good knowledge of computerized accounting and proficiency in AS and HA standards are essential. Preference will be given to Arabic speakers having audit experience in retail business. Travel: The position requires the job holder to travel to the company's operation sites in MENA area. Travelling up to 40% will be required.
