Ensures process mapping and management of Maintenance, Reliability and inspection business processes through effective development and implementation of SAP program. Develops required business processes for SAP "Plant Maintenance" Module Analyses and users business requirements and designs and build-in required functionalities/process into SAP to improve the program performance and coordinates master data preparation and upload. Provides technical support, monitors performance and maintains SAP database to ensure systematic and timely logging, processing and updating of all Maintenance and Inspection activities, including processing of work orders, maintenance planning and activity management processes. Liaises regularly with the IT department to provide input and advice on SAP related matters and ensure that SAP system is designed/modified to support effective management of Maintenance Inspections and Reliability activities and programs. Coordinates with the IT department to maintain static data and codes such as equipments, operating locations, calendars, planner matrix, job/labour/contractor codes, failure codes, etc. Provides technical support to SAP users. Develop plans and ensures that all SAP users are fully trained and process data in full compliance with SAP data entry requirements. Advises SAP users of any new developments, functionalities and procedures.
