Execution all civil works as per drawings and specifications. Supervision and coordination various subcontractors works. Quantities measurements and calculation for client Invoicing and Subcontractors payments. Preparation of weekly look ahead schedules from master program and site requirements. Project quality documentation completion of QC records in accordance with ISO requirements liaison with surveyor for construction and checking of dimensions. Tracking and reporting of daily site reproduction. Materials request to keep in view the job requirements. Communication and coordination with other sections to avoid any delay in work progress. Laying of Main Sewer Line. Road work Road culverts Preparation of construction schedule. Update of construction schedule. Supervise the construction of roads, culverts ,retaining walls ,open drains, tube wells & laying of sewer lines/water supply lines. Preparation of bill of quantities . Preparation of interim payment certificate (I P C). Construction and supervision of standard bench marks Coordination and supervision of field survey teams Downloading of field data and processing for spot checking Maintenance of communication means at site for client inspection Delivery of field data to main office for further developmen Layout of civil works including earth fill embankment and sewer lines etc. Planning ,Execution and Supervision of work as above.
