• Providing advisory and consultancy service to customer and management on a range of human resources issues, procedures and policies consistent with employee standards, legislation and guidelines. • Employee Compensation and benefits administration. • Having sound knowledge of salary taxation. • Resource Hunting and Recruitment for customers • Coaching the Employees and employee grievance handling • Salary and Payroll negotiations, handling and processing. • Employee Satisfaction and Feedback • Excellent follow ups for all employee's issues. Requirements: • A degree in HR or Business Administration Sound knowledge of HRM and HR best practices (Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development/Effectiveness, Psychology, or related field preferred) • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar capacity • Must have excellent communication skills (oral and written) • Must have excellent interpersonal and people management skills and a Positive attitude
