The ideal candidate should have a background in HR-BPO business with expertise in people management, HR business operations, consultation services etc. Required Skills, Abilities and Talents: • Drive new HR business through customer interaction/ relationships, networking, etc. • Increase and sell HR management consulting services • Conducting business development presentations and conference calls to prospective clients and current clients • Ability to interact with senior level management • Answer customer inquiries, qualifying potential clients on actual needs • Write clear and detailed client communications including emails, business development, etc. • Write tailored proposals and pitch letters/policies/drafts when required • Create and proof sales presentations in PowerPoint for HR business • Ability to effectively interact with top executives, middle management, and technical staff.
