| Director - Shared Service Division (Saudi Arabia) Posted: A leading Metal Recycling and Weighing Scale Company based in the Eastern Province requires a Director for their Shared Service Division: He will be: - Responsible for directing and managing the supporting services provided to the Weighing Scale and Metal Scrap Divisions. Such supporting services include Finance and accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology and Purchasing services. The ideal candidate: - Should currently be working as the Head of the Finance function in a company, and have deep knowledge in business principles and techniques of Accounting, Budgeting and Reporting, Cost analysis and control, Financial controls, Cash Management, negotiating with and building relationships with Banks, Debt management, Financial Planning etc. - Have additional experience in managing Information Technology, Procurement, and Human Resources management functions would be highly valued. - Experience in Strategic and Operational planning, Project management and Personnel administration would also be an advantage. - Should be a CPA / CA or have a Master/Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting. - Must have a minimum of ten years of professional experience with at least five years in similar management role. Saudi nationals or expatriate with transferable Iqama would be preferred.
