Procurement Manager (Job Code HT3-2): Requirements & Responsibilities: - An Engineer having vast experience in EPC company procurement and purchasing for a complex international organization. - Strong proactive commitment and workability with a hands-on approach. - A structured approach, ability to manage multiple tasks, and co-ordinate with other team members' deliverables to achieve the targets of the team. - Plans, directs, and manages the central procurement activities. - Execute and finalize purchasing and procurement strategies for the company and develop and implement all purchasing policies and procedures. - Interprets contract provisions and reviews contracts for accuracy and changes prior to bid and renewal. - Direct and manager sourcing strategies from beginning to end. - Experience in material control, R&D and logistic process.
