| Manager Sales & Marketing (Karachi) Posted: Job Description: 1. Identify potential new clients and contact them, arranging and attending meetings with them. 2. Plan and prioritise personal sales activities towards achieving agreed business aims, defined selling standards, arranged goals and specific market development strategy. 3. Inform clients about the Company's services and respond to all relevant issues and requests in the best way. 4. Follow up meetings with customers and suggest the most appropriate service for them, according to their needs. 5. Monitor the delivery of services purchased by the client, coordinate execution and equipment deliveries and provide excellent post sale support. 6. Keep a record of client contacts and purchase orders, updating files, tools, CRM system and shared reports, while keeping track of useful information. 7. Monitor and report on market and competitor activities, provide relevant information, ideas or feedback and assist the team. 8. Participate in sales team meetings, attend trainings and develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills. 9. Report directly to the Sales Director and the Country Director.
