| Procurement Manager (Saudi Arabia) Posted: A leading joint stock company has a vacancy for Procurement Manager: Responsibilities: - Supervises development of procurement plans and programs as per specifications and required quantities at appropriate times, taking into consideration economics of purchasing and storage. - Supervises activities of receiving and recording bids from suppliers and the process of opening and registering envelops as per approved systems. - Supervises preparation and finalization of procurement contracts and distribution to stakeholders in and outside the company as per approved systems. - Verify accurate receiving of reception and discharge documents (notices, minutes of meetings, invoices of suppliers and contractors), in addition to verification of completion, soundness and compatibility. - Supervise the procedures of providing for urgent requests for urgent requirements. - Supervise the process of developing performance indexes, assessment of procurement, storage and transportation works, and supervises application and evaluation after approval, as well as the development process. Educational qualification: Bachelors Experience: - 10 years - Fluency in English, speaking, writing and reading.
