Project Manager
We are looking for a Project Manager with idea designing and research capabilities for a new Internet business of legal outsourcing services to professionals in UK and worldwide
About our Product/Service (FonsJuris):
FonsJuris is a new business, well into its inception and analysis phase, but not yet operational, to serve, first, the UK market, then other English speaking markets. Some of the featured services offered will include:
* Specialized Legal research
* Business referral
* Legal document templates / precedents
* e-Discovery
* Scanning and OCR
* e-Document management
Job Description & Key Responsibilities:
Skills Required:
- Experience in the design of web applications or enhancements, including Requirements Analysis & Functional Design. (Web development experience in PHP is preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
- Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven capability (web sites) of projects completed
- Accept budget responsibility and control agreed cash expenditure
- Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to portray a positive attitude at all times; motivate and lead others
- Be a tough and experienced negotiator, able to inspire members of a disparate team to succeed in great tasks in alignment with business goals
- Ideally, have good experience of internet business development
- Strong background in Microsoft Office, Project and Visio

Job Description & Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals incollaboration with senior management and stakeholder
- Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changeswhere necessary.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation on periodic basis
- Ability to research and analyze technology problems, issues, and project requirements.
- Manage and document all changes to Scope, Requirements& Functional Design
- Work with IT Manager and Marketing team to take the business forward
- Manage project schedule including creating, monitoring,modifying, & communicating the project plan; responsible for independently driving project to completion
- Advocate for resources; assist with resource allocation & scheduling
- Create a team of highest caliber individuals, working from home, to expand the business.
