Operations & Planning Engineer (Lahore) - 10000172
The incumbent shall be responsible to carry out following activities:
Ensures that maximum material efficiency (yield) is achieved by effectively controlling the production processes
Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) applicable to the Company’s production processes, and subsequently train lower staff
Develop productivity standards for different products of the Company and work on a continuous basis to enhance these standards.
Ensures that Standard Operating Procedures for production are developed, implemented and strictly observed by the production staff
Arranges systematic monitoring of the production processes and health of machinery used for production on an ongoing
Ensure timely production through liaison with Supply Chain so that adequate stocks are always available in the warehouses
Ensures effective communication within the department across all levels enabling smooth work flow and high efficiency / productivity
Develop and implement an appropriate reporting system for the department
