Qualification: A Masters Degree from an reputed IT institution. Bachelors Candidates may also apply.
Experience : 3 years of Experience from an well reputed software companies
Responsibilities/Job description:
• Responsible for performing design and development on one or more Project areas like Functional (Configuration / Scripting), Integration with other Application, Data Migration or Data Conversion etc.
•Responsible for providing effort estimation of design and development tasks. CRM Developer contributes in documentation of Technical Design. CRM Developer must be well versed with Development Standards.
•Responsible for exploring new technologies coming in CRM space for existing application(s) as well as new application(s) and plan training on them with CRM Man-ager / CRM Practice Manager based on Company’s strategic objectives.
Skills Required:
· Strong knowledge/experience with CRM
· Experience with CRM Solution Server Administration and architecture
· Must have strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, and Unix scripting skills
· Experience in CRM Solution scripting
· Working knowledge of J2EE, Java, Visual Basic
· Experience in full project life cycle - including post production support.
· Understanding of software development methodologies
· Ability to map business requirements to functionality available in relevant Siebel modules
· Good database skills
· Strong analytical and organizational skills.
· Solid verbal and written communication skills.
· Highly motivated and self-driven.
· Must be a Team Player.
· Exceptional attention to detail
· An overall strong personality with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. · Fluency in spoken and written English would be preferred.
