Job Description:

Responsiblefor installing, maintaining and supporting computer communication networkswithin an organization. Proactivemonitoring of infrastructures to identify and resolve issues beforedowntime occurs. Installationand Maintenance of Network Equipments, which includes but not limited to: Installations of Network Devices. Installation and maintenance of Network infrastructure. Troubleshoot, backup, and archiving Repairing/Servicing Network Printers. Repairing/Servicing UPS. Assists in supporting Software applications; userdesktops, etc. Performoutdoor office assignments: computer & other Equipment procurement etc. Promotes responsible usage and care of OrganizationIT equipments. Manage organization’s internal Helpdesk system andkeep the Logs of Hardware and software problems Performother task as assigned by Department Manager.
