Quality Assurance Coordinator
Responsible to: HoD GBS
Job purpose: Assist HoD GBS in acquiring and maintaining accreditation of programs.

Primary Responsibilities

* Arrange meetings of Accreditation Committee
* Prepare and distribute minutes of the meetings
* Prepare policies and procedures required for accreditation
* Coordinate with all stakeholders to get them involved
* Ensure implementation of committee decisions, and approved policies & procedures
* Develop and maintain all academic record needed for accreditation.
* Review and update the website.
* Provide information and training to all stakeholders
* Prepare monthly progress review report

Specifications

* Education: Master in Business Administration (preferably)/ Economics/ Management Sciences/ Administrative Sciences
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
* Good interpersonal skills
* Proficient in the use MS Office and internet
* Self-motivated and result oriented
* Honest, hardworking and reliable individuals
