The Operations Manager department requires a great deal of co-ordination and organization to manage the activities of freight forwarders (operators) and the entire export/import department but also to engage in temporary projects that require logistic support and co-ordination during complicated work activities. The main purpose of the position is to run the daily activities of the department, plan for future project operations, and to coordinate freight forwarding activities. The Operations Manager reports directly to the MD, adhering to local regulations and practice.
