| Total Quality Management Specialist (TQM) (Ad Dammam) Posted: Reporting: General Manager Qualifications: - Candidate should be Graduate in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering. - He should have 8-10 years experience in TQM Implementation in manufacturing industry. - Preferably should be qualified as a Trainer. - Preferably, he should be a QMS / ISO 14000 / OSHA Lead Auditor. Experience & Skills Required: - Excellent verbal & written Communication skills in English - Should have hands on experience in developing, organizing, communicating and promoting the TQM program. This includes the identification, development and implementation of required policies and procedures.
