High-end Interior Fit-out Contractor in Dubai is Looking for Commercial Director Requisite Skills: Due to numerous considerations, we prefer a candidate from a Third World country. Dual First World nationality is okay (might be a bonus) but we are NOT looking for Western candidates. - Not less than 20 years of overall professional experience as a QS and/or commercial experience in interior fit-out, finishing and joinery. - Not less than 7 years of experience in a Senior Commercial Management in interior fit-out, finishing and joinery in the Gulf. - Knowledge of various critical functions of contracts negotiation, pre tender and post tender. - Master's or Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying with commercial orientation. - Prior experience in interior fit-out and in luxury hotels is a big bonus. - Ability to effectively liaise with high profile clients, architects and contractors. - Mobile and be able to visit company branches all over the Gulf, Syria and would be sites.
