| Posted: I need a Finance Manager for the 3 offices I am running, have accounts officer in each office now as the organisation is growing their is a need of person doing the following duties to best - Cheque preparation for indenting - Manage Taxation (GST filing, refunds claims & others) - Daily sales sheet collection & verification - Petty cash expenses - Petty cash statement maintenance & punching into system - Budgeting & controlling of OPEX (Imprest account) - Payments to Shell Pakistan Limited - Payment & receipt control - General ledger maintenance for receiving, payments & deposits - Cash transactions punching into system - Weekly bank deposit verification (through bank statement) - Manage salary distribution - Weekly run ageing report and submit to Owner
