| Posted: A leading telecom company in the UAE seeks to hire the following: Human Resources Manager (Ref. No. 24/108) - Male - Professional Degree or Certificate in HRD. - Ability to analyze organizational behavior as well as human behavioral characteristics and motivations. - Responsible for manpower recruitment of different departments, from preparing recruitment advertisements and sourcing employees from different placement consultants to final selection. - Responsible for manpower planning, performance appraisal, training, formulation and implementation of HR policies.
