A leading International Construction Company requires for its Civil Building and Road Projects in Qatar: Control Manager: - Establish and manage the operation of various civil project office activities including planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, cost control, office engineering, subcontracting, materials management. - Develop required project execution plans to ensure various project management procedures are established and implemented. - Negotiate sub-contracts and finalize agreements, issue necessary programmes to sub-contractors onsite and check to ensure that their activities are kept in line with contract requirements. - Monitor all change orders to the contract in order to make certain that all additions and deletions are planned for the time required by the Client. Recommend budget revisions caused by change orders whenever warranted. - Manage the stores and monitor the material inflows and outflows. Manage and monitor procurement activities performance and ensure the implementation planning, material and cost reporting systems. - Establish relations with the client for the purpose of business growth. Qualification, Experience, Skills and Knowledge: B.Sc. Civil Engineering, with a minimum of 15+ years experience in international companies; with excellent written & oral communication skills.
