Admin Officer

Admin Officer: "- Answering, screening and making telephone calls on behalf of executive staff.- Prioritizing incoming correspondence, including letters, memos and emails.

- Typing letters, reports, presentations and other documents.

- Coordinating filing and general administrative work for executive staff.
- Organizing meetings including minutes and follow-up actions.

- Effective co-ordination with Functional Heads.

- To maintain systematic record keeping.- Resolve procedural issues, Execute various personnel functions, such as maintain personnel files.
- Coordinate with appropriate personnel in and outside the company to resolve processing issues such as office maintenance activities.
- Adopt and carry out business/operational objectives, plans, policies, procedures and directives transmitted/delegated to him from time to time by the CureMD Management.
- Carrying out functions/tasks in accordance with established polices and procedures.
- Ensure that all funds, assets and properties of the organization and other entities in which CureMD has an interest, are appropriately safeguarded and maintained.
- Ensure that the decisions made by the Management Committee, Human Services Department of the organization are in conformity with the established policies.
- Interpret plans, policies and procedures for accomplishing their assigned tasks. - Carry out responsibility for public relations, Admin activities and promotional activities of CureMD.
- Perform any other task assigned by the Management
