| HVAC Supervisor (UAE Driving Licence) (Abu Dhabi) Posted: - Inspection of pre blast cleaning works such as solvent cleaning, hydro jetting chipping and etc., - On site inspection of abrasive blasting cleanliness level, surface profile as per standards and applicable Project specifications. - Determination of climatic conditions (relative humidity, dew point substrate temperature etc.,) - Testing of blast cleaned surfaces for the presence of various soluble salts and also quantitative measurement of salt densities on the surfaces by using various methods (Bresle, SCM 400, etc.). Inspection of proper mixing procedures and control of viscosity of paint material. - Control of paint film by measuring wet film thickness, using Comb gauge. - Measurement of Dry film on Ferrous and Non Ferrous substrates by using electro magnetic respectively as per referenced standards (SSPC PA 2, ISO 19840). - Inspections of Zinc silicate primer cure (MEK Rub) tests. - Testing of chloride content in abrasive (Garnet) - Performing tests for adhesion pull of tape and dolly tests, as per the standards. - Inspection of holidays of tank internal coatings, external of buried piping and coat wrapped pipes. - Preparation of coating failure analysis reports for both new and old coatings. - Inspection of surface treatment, coating of internal hydrocarbon, produced water, firewater & crud oil tanks - Inspection /documentation all kind of hot & cold insulation, surface treatment & protective coating. - Inspection of in coming vendor supply Galvanized steel structure & piping material. - Supervision / Inspection all type of hot, cold Insulation & Cladding Fabrication work. - Supervision / Inspection Color coding of piping, vessel & tanks. - Inspection of Vendor supplies material & Coordination with Contractors. - Inspection / Supervision all kind of manual coat wrapping. - Inspection of vendor supplies GRP material, field joints lamination, double bell coupler and cemented field joints. - Inspection of Barcol test (Hardness test) of GRP laminated field joints. - Inventory / inspection of painting material storage, shelf life and storage condition of painting material. - Inspection / monitoring of punch list and co ordination with subcontractor. - Have ability to prepare and incorporate the ITP'S, Procedures and Method statments.
