Brand Manager (Corporate Marketing Division) Qualification: Master's Degree MBA (Marketing) from a renowned local or foreign institution. Experience: Having 03-05 years of progressive experience in a well-reputed FMCG organization with exceptional track record in the same capacity. Skills: - The incumbent should be target oriented, optimistic and ready to accept challenges. - Excellent team development, communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Responsibilities: 1. To Formulate & implement brand strategies and action plans to achieve short & long term operative results. 2. To establish and maintain strategic relationships with advertisement agencies and others key external contacts to facilitate the business. 3. To coordinate with creative agencies, media buying & research agencies for brand planning & implementation of ATL & BTL activities 4. To prepare annual brand budget and monitoring & control of brand performance & develop strategies accordingly. 5. To prepare brand analysis and periodic reports for the management. 6.
