Our flagship Company based in Dubai, is one of the region's largest manufacturers of engineered products and has multiple manufacturing facilities and sales offices across the GCC. To be a part of and drive the growth plans of this company, we are now looking to recruit a dynamic CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (Manufacturing focus) The ideal candidate should be a qualified ACA / AICWA / ACMA preferably with an MBA, possessing a minimum of 15 years experience in various facets of finance and accounting functions with at least 5 years as Head of Finance in manufacturing and trading environment in reputed companies. Experience in more than one country/region is essential. Should have strong knowledge of and experience in finance and accounting processes with proven abilities in financial analysis and improving functional efficiencies - in an ERP environment. Ability to work at both strategic and operational levels effectively: driving process, organization and business practice changes in alignment with Group goals and metrics. Experience in all areas of Finance and Accounting with focus on Budgeting & MIS, Internal Controls and Working Capital Management. Should possess outstanding communication, reporting and presentation skills besides strong business appreciation skills and ability to contribute as part of the Management team. Reporting to the Managing Director and the Group Chief Financial Officer, the incumbent shall also have regular interaction with the Board of Directors. The ideal candidate, aged in the late thirties or above, will be offered a competitive remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience.
