The Service Applications Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of IT applications and develop applications in cohesion with application strategy, business requirements and the overall business strategy. You will also manage and support key enterprise applications, property sales applications, Oracle Financials, HRMS, SCM, CRM, Primavera and Property Manager, manage and implement the Oracle technology infrastructure, ensure that applications to be implemented meet business requirements and remain within the budget as well as respond to incidents of business applications efficiently and timely, in accordance with SLAs. The ideal candidate will possess a Degree in information technology, with a minimum of eight years experience in a similar role. You must be able to implement project selection methods and risk analysis for IT applications and be proficient in both English and Arabic, with the ability to communicate at all levels. Join us and our team as Electrical / I & C Product Manager In this function as a part of multi-functional technical services team, you will be based in Dubai and reporting directly to the manager of Electrical / I & C. Your tasks include engineering & technical services work on generator excitation control (AVR), & protection system for technical tendering, project engineering and support on field services activities, including assessment, installation, commissioning and troubleshooting. You must have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Electrical / Electronics Engineering and minimum 5 years working experience in a power plant, with excitation control & protection system, knowledge of commissioning and programming tools. Experience in ALSTOM excitation control product such as-Eurorec, Microrec, P320 AVR and protection system LGPG, MICOM is an advantage. Additional exposure to turbine control & field instrument on gas turbine & steam turbines is also an advantage. Excellent communication skills and a high proficiency in English (written and spoken) are a prerequisite. As assertive, flexible and highly motivated individual, you act independently while leading goal-oriented. We will also appreciate your developed analytical and general problem-solving skills and your willingness to travel for short missions in the fulfillment of your task within the Middle East region.
