| Posted: - The Vice President, Technical will oversee the management of all provider configurations and data management. - Responsible for the strategy, planning, direction and coordination of all activities associated with Host Systems, Open Source and Windows Systems, and Voice and Data Networks, including Data Center Operations, Disaster Recovery and Capacity Planning. - Formulates the Infrastructure's strategic and operational planning to achieve business goals by fostering innovation, prioritizing initiatives, coordinating the evaluation, deployment and management of current and future systems across the company. - The Vice President, Customer Services and Technical is responsible for overall management of all operational aspects of CWPL systems and infrastructure, including network operations and technical support, field operations and logistics including service and installations, network engineering and extranet operations, network and system security, and IT systems and services. - Manages and directs the overall operations of CWPL systems, including installations, operations, and support. - Manages and directs the overall operations of corporate systems, including IT and telecommunications support and services. - He/ She will be responsible for managing technology planning and deployment, software, data and voice networks, servers, and the Network Operations Center. - Manage a team of dedicated engineers who provide systems administration, Network Surveillance, Engineering, Software Development, Routing and Provisioning. - Establishes and maintains a strong working relationship with the company's network, hardware and software vendors, including third party support organizations that provide services and products for the systems in the field. - Responsible for high level network planning and optimization. Develops strategies and direction for network systems solutions. - Works with the senior Engineering management and the engineering staff to define and architect hardware and software improvements that will improve overall system reliability, serviceability and performance. - Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the technical department for work to be performed in the department. - Formulates Policies and Procedures to optimize the use of the company's technological assets. - Lead Team in Project Execution, Develop and facilitate the team to achieve the project targets and deadlines. - Provide technical leadership in new product design, modification of existing products, production technique improvement & test procedure development.
